Service covered
This resource covers BAOApp — Plus qu'un trajet, the digital service of the BAO project. The current activity is carried out under the responsibility of Yabyoure Philippe OUEDRAOGO. BAO Technologies is a single-member limited liability company formed in Burkina Faso, not yet registered with the RCCM.
Request deletion of your account
You can request deletion of your BAO account by emailing contact@baoapp.africa, preferably from the email address linked to the account. If your account uses a phone number, include that number in your request. BAO may request limited verification to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. Never send a password or one-time sign-in code (OTP).
Data covered by deletion
The request covers the authentication account and data directly linked to that account, including the profile, favourites or bookmarks, synced history and community contributions linked to the account, such as reports, confirmations, abuse reports and blocks.
Limited retention
References strictly required for a legal obligation, security or the integrity of an administrative record may be retained or anonymised where such a requirement applies. Statistics already aggregated or anonymised so that the account can no longer be identified are not account data. BAO will explain in its response any retention applicable to the specific request without asking for sign-in secrets.
